NZ Parts Online do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by Payment Express. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Payment Express to enter your payment details. The Payment Express hosted payments page is secured using SSL.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through our Web site is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars including GST. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% is included within the price at the checkout when payment is being made. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency and your purchase can only be deliver to an address in New Zealand. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. NZ will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
We accept Visa / Mastercard and Internet Payments. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.

NZ Parts Online will deliver packages (within New Zealand) door to door using NZ Couriers which are an overnight service anywhere in NZ. If the address is Rural Delivery you may need to add an extra 2-3 days. Track and Trace is standard for all packages. All packages are targeted for delivery between 1 - 2 working days. Unfortunately, packages maybe delayed by Couriers, so please email us first and we will get you information regarding your package.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange the goods for another item.
All goods returned will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting email@example.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by the Directors at NZ Parts Online Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of us receiving the goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including GST, excluding courier charges and incurring a 15% re-stocking fee. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from NZ Parts Online.
Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. NZ Parts Online reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which NZ Parts Online can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange.
Goods received outside the timeframe outlined above may not be eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by NZ Parts Online.
Any goods supplied or sold by NZ Parts Online, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
The personal information supplied to NZ Parts Online Limited will be stored by NZ Parts Online on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. NZ Parts Online will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
